The Villager is a unique personal onsite Concierge/Virtual Doorman business established to provide a “one-stop shop” supplying enhanced personal and convenience services for its membership. We are dedicated to improving the quality of life to our Residential community.

The Villager’s slogan is “Your Personal Assistants” and its mission is to establish a neighborhood resource that will provide a wide range of support services that allows the busiest of people to utilize their Concierges as an additional arm to accomplish all of the everyday demanding tasks that challenge all of us. Today’s top executives hire entire staffs of Executive Assistants and regard them as fundamental to the achievement and success of their daily challenges. The Villager provides their honest, trustworthy and responsible Concierges to insure the same level of comfort to its entire residential membership.

Providing numerous and useful conveniences to the residents is the Villager’s primary goal. We continue to grow and expand our services on a continuing basis in order to meet all the demands required by this neighborhood community. Help is only a phone call away. The Villager also provides its web site for ease of access to all its services. You can also stop in to its well-located Concierge office at 338 First Avenue New York, NY 10009 (between 19th and 20th Street) to consult with an expert Concierge staff member directly to arrange for and attain solutions to most of your personal needs.

The continually expanding list of services offered is organized into four main categories: Messenger, Doorman, Business and Resident Services. With a choice of either premium or basic membership, clients of The Villager enjoy timesaving privileged access to all the low cost amenities available.
